Property Link maintains strong professional relationships within the community, working closely with the University of Guelph, local Fire Prevention Services, the City of Guelph, Bylaw Officials, builders, and accredited contractors. These partnerships ensure our properties consistently meet and exceed local housing standards while positioning us as a trusted and knowledgeable leader in rental management.
We currently manage a portfolio of over 300 properties throughout Guelph and the surrounding areas. Our portfolio includes executive single-family homes, luxury apartments, commercial spaces, and purpose-built student condominium townhomes. We uphold strict quality standards to attract and retain high-caliber tenants while protecting and enhancing long-term property value.
Our Story
For founders Mark Roberts and Jamie Russell, real estate investing began in 1996 with the purchase of their first home. In 2006, their investment journey accelerated with the acquisition of their first student townhome in Guelph’s south end.
In the early years, they were fully hands-on—managing maintenance, leasing, rent collection, and day-to-day operations themselves. As their portfolio expanded, it became clear that a more scalable, professional management model was needed.
By 2010, they partnered with a private property management company, allowing them to focus on growing their investment portfolio and advancing their respective careers. Through that experience, they identified opportunities to improve service standards, communication, and investor-focused management strategies.
In early 2014, they acquired Inspirah Rental Management and built what is now Property Link Management Services.
