Mark's combination of experience, knowledge and passion for the real estate industry has served him well as the voice of Property Link Management Services and make him a natural for driving the success of the company's portfolio.

Mark exhibits a thirst for success and continuous growth both personally and through the company. Loyalty to his clients is always his primary focus.

Meeting and speaking with a wide range of investors and communicating directly with our tenants and helping them find their home is what Mark loves most about his role as President.

Amanda Moniz

Operations Manager/Licensed Paralegal

Amanda has been a dedicated member of our team since 2012. She has an extensive background in the customer service industry, which is a creditable benefit to our firm. Amanda manages a wide range of daily rental matters for both our clients and tenants, as well as supervises the daily operations of the company.

Further to her position as Operations Manager, Amanda is a Paralegal who is licensed with the Law Society of Upper Canada. She received this admirable qualification back in 2010 after her successful completion of the Paralegal Communications Program. During the time of her achievement, she also gained years' of practical experience working as an Assistant to Lawyers in various areas of the law, in reputable law firms within the Waterloo Region area.

With her customer service background as well as her role as Paralegal; we are confident that her managerial and legal services provided are at the utmost level of professionalism and we are looking forward to the future in growing our services to the public within the legal department.

Dawn Seberras

Accounting Manager

Dawn joined Property Link Management in 2015, bringing with her more than 15 years of deep, hands-on experience in bookkeeping and payroll administration. Her advanced mastery of QuickBooks and Yardi Breeze is a tremendous asset to our team, strengthening the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of our financial operations.

Before joining Property Link Management, Dawn served as a bookkeeper for a diverse portfolio of local residential, commercial, and public construction firms. This extensive background in both real estate and construction uniquely positions her to expertly manage the financial needs of our investors and the company alike.

Renowned for her precision, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to excellence, Dawn plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. Her meticulous attention to detail elevates every aspect of her work and contributes meaningfully to the success of our organization.
