Operations Manager/Licensed Paralegal
Amanda has been a dedicated member of our team since 2012. She has an extensive background in the customer service industry, which is a creditable benefit to our firm. Amanda manages a wide range of daily rental matters for both our clients and tenants, as well as supervises the daily operations of the company.
Further to her position as Operations Manager, Amanda is a Paralegal who is licensed with the Law Society of Upper Canada. She received this admirable qualification back in 2010 after her successful completion of the Paralegal Communications Program. During the time of her achievement, she also gained years' of practical experience working as an Assistant to Lawyers in various areas of the law, in reputable law firms within the Waterloo Region area.

Chris came to Property Link Management early in 2015 after working many years in the printing industry in maintenance and costing, followed by 2 years with Target Canada as a Preventative Maintenance Technician where he took care of store maintenance and safety as well as customer safety concerns until the closing of their Canadian Operations.
Chris' skills in Customer Service and his expertise in maintenance and safety are large assets to his role as Maintenance Manager taking care of the maintenance concerns and preventative maintenance for our clients and rental portfolio.

Dawn started with our company in 2015. She brings with her over 15 years' experience in all aspects of bookkeeping and payroll administration. Her extensive experience with Quickbooks and Sage are huge assets within her responsibilities with our company.
