Amanda has been a valued member of the Property Link team since 2012, bringing over a decade of experience in both customer service and property management. Her strong background in client relations is a tremendous asset, allowing her to effectively manage the day-to-day needs of both property owners and tenants.

As Operations Manager, Amanda oversees the daily operations of the company, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Her attention to detail, leadership, and commitment to service play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for our clients.

In addition to her management role, Amanda is a licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario, a designation she earned in 2010 after completing the Paralegal Communications Program. She also brings valuable legal experience from her time working alongside lawyers in reputable law firms throughout the Waterloo Region.

Amanda’s combined expertise in customer service, operations, and legal matters allows her to provide a high level of professionalism and support across all aspects of property management.

Dawn joined Property Link Management in 2015, bringing with her more than 15 years of deep, hands-on experience in bookkeeping and payroll administration. Her advanced mastery of QuickBooks and Yardi Breeze is a tremendous asset to our team, strengthening the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of our financial operations.

Before joining Property Link Management, Dawn served as a bookkeeper for a diverse portfolio of local residential, commercial, and public construction firms. This extensive background in both real estate and construction uniquely positions her to expertly manage the financial needs of our investors and the company alike.

Les oversees maintenance operations across our portfolio of properties. Graduating with honours as an Administrative Assistant and Accounting Clerk, Albana has consistently applied the knowledge and skills gained through her education to her professional roles. 

With years of administrative and accounts payable experience already behind her, she has been an integral member of the team since early 2022, bringing with her a strong foundation in administrative operations and accounting support. 

Her background includes several years of managing a real estate portfolio, where she developed a deep understanding of property administration, client coordination, and issue resolution. She also served in a similar capacity for a condominium corporation, further strengthening her expertise in handling complex administrative responsibilities and maintaining efficient day‑to‑day operations.

Albana is recognized for her exceptional customer service and her commitment to resolving inquiries with diligence and care. She approaches every task with a solution‑focused mindset and a genuine dedication to supporting colleagues and clients.
